2010
Another year of canning and I still love to can. This year I canned 102 jars of various items. Here is a list of items I canned:
- Wine Jelly: Concord Grape, Elderberry, Cherry, Zinfandel and Blackberry.
- Chutneys: Peach, Apple and My Mom's.
- Jelly, Jam or Preserves: Lemon Mint, Apple, Pineapple/Kiwi, Peach and Peach Cobbler.
- Relishes: Beet, Carrot, Corn & Pepper and Cranberry.
- Pickles: Maraschino Watermelon Rind and Okra.
- Vegetables: Tomatoes.
2009
For the year of 2009 I canned 251 jars of various items. I continue to love to can, trying new items as well doing many of the same recipes.

2008
This has been a wonderful year for canning and I do love to can. I have been using Xylitol for some of the relishes and jam and they turn out wonderful. The sweetness is the same, no sugar, and I can share with my diabetic friends without a problem.

It was a good year for canning. I canned 129 jars of food.
